Welcome to the Owner’s website about our Florida seasonal rental known as FOXOTTER RUN and to the sunshine, pristine beaches, and living off the beaten path in a bird sanctuary near Gasparilla Island and Boca Grande, Florida; an area world renown for trophy world class Tarpon fishing! We are offering this unique, spacious, fully furnished, home for seasonal rent December 2015 through May of 2016. It is located in Rotonda, a modern deed restricted community located in Charlotte County in Southwest Florida South of Venice and North of Fort Myers in Englewood, Florida, 33947. The home looks like it has hardly been lived in, and has only been rented a few times and only seasonally; so it is in A-1 condition. We will be happy to answer any questions, and we look forward to hearing from you. Due to a severe hearing disability, the Owner cannot use a phone or understand recorded messages, so please use email: firstname.lastname@example.org. If you cannot use email, then please leave a message at 239-530-7584 (third party assistance).
So….you have always wanted a place in the warm sunshine during the harsh Northern winters? Well…how about being on a quiet, residential cul-de- sac, on a wooded lot, in a deed restricted community, in an bird sanctuary, containing 30 miles of kayaking and fishing waterways, all just 10 to 20 minutes to many fine beaches and big box store shopping. After a day’s boating, fishing, shopping or wandering the beaches, then check out the sunset views of the green preserve from your spacious lanai and swimming pool. Please note, except for obvious photos of near-by beaches, beach sunsets, the golf course, etc., almost all other photos including those in the scenic green preserve, were taken from the house and yard.
AERIAL VIEW OF FOXOTTER RUN: FOXOTTER RUN abuts a green preserve in back as shown with the arrow in the aerial photo. In addition, note that the owner has vacant lots on each side of the house (North and South) which insures your privacy. While there are lovely homes all around, these vacant lots (mowed by the Association), plus the green preserve area, all offer a great deal of very desirable privacy; something hard to find in Florida during high time.
